>Work closely with multiple business units to understand how systems are used and current work processes are supported by technology.
>Demonstrate familiarity with technologies and systems or have support experience. Possess familiarity with multiple technologies.
>Work effectively on a continuing basis with customers to understand and explain business and technical issues and provide viable solutions. Seen by customers as a resource in IT for business and technical solutions.
>Assess different options and recommend an approach. Provide customers and upper management with enough information and consultation to facilitate decisions requiring approval.
>Work with customer and IT representatives to understand and document complex business needs
>Serve as a key resource on the IT systems and business processes for multiple customer areas
>Manage small to moderate sized projects with appropriate support.
>Ensure regulatory controls and internal policies are adhered to for all work.

Requirements
Qualified candidates will be able to

>Effectively probe and question to draw out unexpressed business needs.
>Communicate equally effectively in business and technical terms.
>Function independently with limited work direction.
>Understand the full software/systems delivery lifecycle.
Bachelor's Degree required, along with 5-8 years relevant experience. Demonstrated success in a similar position preferred.
